Founded in 1984, we are a community-based non-profit healthcare care provider that provides critical end of life services for more than 7,000 individuals and their families across Central Florida. The Hospice program does not seek to cure, but assists with the daily concerns of living the final stages of life. Our staff strives to provide each patient with symptom control while enhancing quality of life, dignity, and family relationships.
